Course
Program in Food Science and Technology was developed and updated in 2018 in order to respond to the change of national and international food industry. The program focuses on the safety and nutritive value of food production and processing under the provision of law. Students will study both theoretical and practical courses about food technology, such as Food Microbiology Laboratory, Food Processing, Food Engineering Laboratory, Plant Sanitation, and Food Laws. And they have to take the internship or Cooperative Education. Course duration is 4 years.
