Course
The program in Tourism is developed to meet the national and international standards. The focus is developing the professional skills in Tourism of the graduates to meet the demands of the labor market, the necessary life skills for the living in the 21st Century, and social skills for different societies and local regions. Some courses are planned to be well integrated, such as Law of Tourism and Tour Guide, Tourist Behaviors, Entrepreneurship in Tourism Industry, Sustainable Tourism Planning and Development. The elective courses are, e.g., Community-Based Tourism, Health Tourism, Tourism Resources Conservation and Development. The program also emphasizes integrated learning with working, cooperative education, or internship. The course duration is 4 years.
