The courses for this department focus on Electric Circuits, Electronics, Power Electronics, Electrical Measurement and Instruments, Electrical Machines, Microcontroller, Control System, Electrical Power System, and Electrical System Design.
This is followed by a mixed yet balanced core of courses in electrical engineering discipline. The courses include Basic Theory of Structures, Geotechnical Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Engineering Drawing & Measurement, Structural Analysis, Concrete Design, and Steel Structures. The department will tailor to the student, so they are able to pursue a career relating to planning, designing and construction of buildings, water resources management, surveys, and computer aided drawing (CAD).
