RUS Signs MOU of Establishing ASEAN Jia Geng Vocational Education Center (Thailand) to Develop Thailand-China and Promote Vocational Education to the International Level
On December 19, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Pramuk Unahalekhaka, the President of Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi (RUS) with executives and university instructors welcomed Miss Suchada Thaensap, Secretary to the Minister of Higher Education Science Research and Innovation (MHESI) to attend the signing ceremony of memorandum of understanding to establish ASEAN Jia Geng Vocational Education Center (Thailand) between Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi and Open Education Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd., with Miss Feng Zhunying Charge d'Affaires for Education, Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Thailand, Miss Zhao Libing Director and Secretary of the Jimei Technical College, the People's Republic of China, Dr.Vichit Lorluelert the President of Thai Alumni Association of China’s Universities, Mr. Zhao Mingguang the Executive Chairman of Thai Asean+6 Business Promotion Association, and Chief Representative of the People's Republic of China. RUS instructors and students welcomed distinguished guests at the conference room on the 3rd floor of Lertsappawit Building, Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi (North). This was to create the educational opportunities, promote the long-term educational development, and uplift the potential and educational quality according to the purpose of China’s “One Belt, One Road” and Thailand’s “Thailand 4.0” which are the government and the Minister of MHESI’s policy that was signed together with China, including building relationships and exchanging culture and civilization between Thailand and China that benefit in strengthening the strong relationships between Thailand and the People's Republic of China.
